"PHILIPPINE NEDO KAGYU BODHI DHARMA FOUNDATION, INC." is a non-stock, non-profit Tibetan Buddhist Institution of Karma Kagyu sect, founded in 1995 by Lama Choyeng with a group of Buddhist practitioners whose aim is to spread and propagate the Buddha's teachings in general and promote the Vajrayana way of practice in particular. Within its capacity, Nedo Kagyu Bodhi Dharma Foundation also holds charitable works for the less fortunate in its barangay.

Throughout the Center's years of existence, it was with a compassion heart that Ven. Lama Choyeng Dhundup, our resident Lama, guided all practitioners along the genuine path of enlightenment by the example of his own great achievement. Lama Choyeng who himself have undergone 3 times of three-years-three-months retreat is considered as one of the rare accomplished Lama and Guru of our time.

We at Nedo Kagyu Bodhi Dharma Center hold regular practices for deities such as Green Tara, Chenrezig, Mahakala the Dharma protector, we also observe auspicious dates like Buddha's birthday, Enlightenment Day, Maha Para-nirvana Day, Amitabha Day, Pedmasambava Day. Lama Choyeng, the first Tibetan Buddhist Vajrayana Center was built in 2001 at 540 Mag. J. Abad Santos St. Bacood Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines. Although the Center's has indigent financial resources, yet Lama Choyeng was able to make it as authentic as the resources could meet. The Center was inaugurated on November 24, 2001, Ven. Nedo Kuchung Rinpoche, Ven. Lama Choyeng Dondrup and Mr. Benjamin Chua, the president of Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce, officiating the ribbon cutting on it's opening date. In that occasion, many Hinayana, Mahayana and other Vajrayana center's monks and nuns came to rejoice on its offering Puja.

Ven. Lama Choyeng, who's devoted attendant and student of the previous Nedo Kuchung Rinpoche, had lead all his disciples in offerings this Center, now can be consider as a small monastery to the present Nedo Kuchung Rinpoche, hence seed of Ven. Nedo Kuchung Rinpcohe Moanstery has now sprout in foreign land, with Philippine as its pioneer and pivot point.

Nedo Kagyu tradition and Karma Kagyu tradition are the lineage that governed in its practices toward the path to liberation. We will continues to strive hard in turning wheel of Buddha Dharma, May the Buddha Dharma flourish for salvation to all sentient beings.
